If you are the successful "winning" bidder, you must contact STEVE BAILEY HONDA and make a $1,000 partial payment within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction.  This amount is non-refundable and is credited towards the vehicle..s total purchase price.

Within (3) business days of the end of the auction, full payment must be received by a cashiers-check, an approved bank draft, or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate payment arrangements have not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

STEVE BAILEY HONDA'S inventory includes both new and pre-owned vehicles.  All pre-owned vehicles are sold 'As-Is'.  Some pre-owned vehicles will either have a portion of the factory warranty remaining or may be certified through Honda (which includes a warranty).  Unless specifically stated in the vehicle description, a pre-owned vehicle is not under any warranty. 

STEVE BAILEY HONDA has disclosed all known information regarding each vehicle listed on eBay.  STEVE BAILEY HONDA..S aim is to carry quality pre-owned merchandise. STEVE BAILEY HONDA recommends that every vehicle be inspected BEFORE leaving the dealership, personally or by an authorized professional and on dealership property.  If upon inspection of a vehicle purchased through eBay a buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, STEVE BAILEY HONDA will do one of the following: (1) fix the problem at no charge, (2) work out a compromise with the buyer, or (3) refund all monies paid. Buyer will not be responsible for any eBay related fees and will be dismissed from any contractual obligation with eBay to purchase the vehicle if and only if inspection proves vastly different from published ad.

Returns are allowed in the event the vehicle is shipped and you are dissatisfied. However, a return must take place within 5 days from receipt and the vehicle must have fewer than 300 miles difference upon return. Return shipping fees are the obligation of the buyer.

All buyers pay a $299.00 documentary fee which covers all paperwork involved for the transaction.  OKLAHOMA buyers must pay 3.25% sales tax plus applicable OKLAHOMA fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. in their own states.

All vehicles are sold "as-is" and without warranty. Some vehicles may have a portion of the factory warranty remaining (this will be stated in the vehicle..s description). All cars come with one master key unless otherwise stated. Vehicles come with books and/or manuals only if pictured in photo gallery and/or if stated in the ad.

The mileage of a vehicle may vary slightly due to on-site test-drives or repairs.
