This is a 1987 Chevy C-10 Pickup Truck owned by Orrville Utilities.  The vehicle is 4WD, and has two gas tanks. As of October 2009, the brakes work well and the vehicle runs.  Problems with the vehicle:  The transmission is shot and reverse does not work at all.
