You are bidding on a 2001 Chevrolet C-3500 HD Dump Truck 2 wheel drive. It is powered with the 6.5 Turbo Diesel and only has around 103,00 original miles (we do use this truck weekly so this mileage is subject to change). This truck runs and drives great!!! It has a four speed automatic transmission. The tires (19.5" rubber) are in fair shape and I would guess around 40-50 percent or less. They are a street tread. The A/C does not work at this time the compressor is fine but it does need a new or used condenser. The seat does have the standard GM tears in it however I have installed a seat cover to contain the tears. The paint and cab are in good (please see the pictures). The dump bed is a 10' Monroe Body Tipper dump bed. The dump bed is the low profile unit with drop down sides. If you are looking for a versatile truck this is it. You can even load this truck with a forklift because of the sides. They are awesome!! The bed is solid and it is an electric over hydraulic driven unit. It works perfect!! I have hauled around 6 ton of rock on this truck. I don't know if you can overload it. The GVW of this truck is 15,000 lbs. Front axle GAWR is 5000lb and the rear axle GAWR is 11,000. WOW! This truck is not your standard one ton! It includes the 19.5" wheel and tire combo plus the beefed up frame!!! Please don't try to compare this to a standard one ton. The truck also boasts the pintle hitch plate and seven prong wiring!! The truck pulls my skid loader and trailer like it isn't behind it!! Please feel free to give me a call 217-971-4769.
