Up for auction is a vintage drag car. It is a real X77 coded Z28 that was built years back. The factory color is Daytona Yellow. The car still has the VIN on the dash and cowl tag on the firewall. I have a clear title in hand. This car was cut up pretty good back in the day but still could be restored. It would make a perfect nostalgia drag car or tube chassis car. A narrowed 9" ford rear is in the car with just the axles in it. The car is set up with a 3 link and ladder bar. There is a powerglide, drive shaft, and converter still hanging in the car. The car has drum brakes and a line loc. The fenders would need some work on the bottoms and are repairable. The LH door is nice and the RH door may need a very small patch on the lower rear section. The seams are nice. The front upper and lower valance panels ae nice original GM parts. The roof is nice around the front & rear glass. The grille and radiator support are nice also. The rear bumper looks new and the front one is nice also but has a scuff on the passenger top side. All the original badges are still intact. The rear quarters have been modified to fit the big tires. I think they could be stretched. The windshield, back glass, and rear quarter glass are all good. The door windows have been etched. There is no interior other that the headliner and shoulder belts. The dash has been cut up but the VIN is still on it. Look at the pictures. Call Larry at 320-766-1074 or 320-763-3850. The wheels and tires DO NOT GO WITH THE CAR. I will put some old wheels and tires on it so it can be transported. This car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early.
