1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 Tribute

Hellooooo fellow Camaro fans...Up for sale is a 95 % restored 1969 Z28 tribute based upon an X44 body where I have personally have invested over 300 hours of my time and there is only a little more TLC needed to complete this beautiful driver!

Also, I try to sell honestly and be up front as possible so there is no confusion.  As such, I am selling this car for a colleague that doesn't use Ebay and while the car is currently in my garage but may be located at his auto business only a few miles away at time of sale.  Either way, I am the point of contact and can answer all questions.

Now, about the car!  We bought this car as a running (some what driving shell) with fresh paint and have since replaced virtually all of the parts with new, or newly rebuilt, parts and restored as much of the car as possible.

The body is an X44 and has currently been painted and badged as a Z28 tribute.

The motor is a 350 with a Turbo 350 transmission with a mild cam and mild stall converter.  It drives great and sounds just like a 1969 Camaro should with a nice thump and deep exhaust sound that is nice but not annoying.

The car has a fresh alignment and Texas State inspection.

Here is a short list of what's new or rebuilt:

• Motor (350 cid with mild cam, aluminum intake, Holly carb, HEI...)
• Transmission (Turbo 350 with B&M Shifter...)
• Wheels and Tires (Coy's wheels 17” front and 18” rear...)
• Paint (Cortez Silver with Black Stripes...)
• Front Grille and Assembly
  
• Chrome (Bumpers, door handles, window trim...)
• Interior (Seat Covers, door panels, trim, carpet, padding, weather stripping, headliner...) (all of it is new!!!)
  
• Glass (All but two windows are new with new guides, etc...)
• All Lights, Lenses, and Fixtures...
• Front Suspension (Bushings, bearings, ball joints...)
• New Battery and wiring to grounds and starter
• All electrical connections have been cleaned or replaced
• The car was completely re-keyed with new locks and cylinders for one key

And, if the part is not listed above as new...it was restored and repainted (with no rust) to include:

• Trunk (completely restored and all surface rust sealed with factory speckle paint...)
• Floor board (same as above...cleaned, sealed and padded/sound deadened...)
• Seat Frames (same as above...)

Bottom line...this car is almost completely restored, is an awesome daily driver, and a great attention getter!

Now, for the very short list of bad things:

• The windshield wiper motor and switch should likely be replaced.  They work but are showing signs of age and the switch knob recently came loose.
• The B&M Shifter needs a new plastic cover.  We personally don't like the B&M shifter...but left it in as it's a personal choice.  It can easily be replaced with a correct console and horseshoe shifter.
  
• There is no radio as we left this undone...as this is a personal choice.  The car has a new AM/FM antenna, new kick panels with speakers, 6x9 speakers that are currently unmounted and the car is wired with monster cable.  Again, we didn't want to assume what type of radio the buyer would want.
• There are no rear seat belts and most drives would like nicer front belts.
  

The bottom of the car needs a quick clean and paint touch up but there is no rust and the bottom of the car is straight with no dents or damage.  We intended the car to be a driver and didn't go overboard in detailing the bottom...which would not be too difficult though.
