Our titles are not reconditioned, reassigned VIN numbers or salvage titles. From time to time, titles may be in transit at time of delivery and will be over-nighted immediately upon receipt. Texas law allows up to 42 days to produce the clean and clear title. The terms and conditions of our sales are as follows: We accept certified bank checks from a known institution, wire transfer funds and all major credit cards. Please call Stan Smith (210)738-3700 you have any questions. You are invited and encouraged to inspect your purchase prior to the auction's end. If you are out of state, we extend the invitation to have us take your vehicle to a licensed San Antonio dealer for a pre-buyer's inspection. This is done at the buyer's expense and must be pre-paid. We are prepared and reserve the right to end an auction at any time, therefore if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will not end an auction early until the 15 percent deposit is received so please keep that in mind when preparing your offer to end the auction early. The successful purchaser has 24 hours in which to contact us via email or telephone. If no contact is made we reserve the right to re-list or sell to another purchaser. Within 48 hours of a completed sale a 15 percent deposit in cash, certified funds, wire funds or major credit card is required to begin the sale process. Within seven days the balance must be paid in one of the approved manners listed. If you have any questions, PLEASE LET US KNOW HOW WE CAN HELP! If you are having your vehicle transported, the entire balance must be received before your vehicle may leave. We can assist any buyer with shipping suggestions and arrangements, but all transportation details are the sole responsiblity of the buyer and transportation is done at the buyers’ expense. We do not include shipping in our prices. If a vehicle does not meet our reserve at the end of the auction, we will be open to receiving offers on a first come, first serve basis. Out-of-state Buyers: You will be responsible for registration fees and sales taxes applicable to the state you will be registering your vehicle in, along with a $50 Document fee and a .25363% Dealer Inventory Tax of the completed auction close price. Texas Residents: Will be charged Tax, Title and License which will be 6.25% of the sales price, a .25363% Dealer Inventory Tax, $50 Documentary Fee, 13.00 Title Fee and the applicable License Registration Fee. These fees are NOT negotiable. (Dealer Inventory Tax Example: $12,000 sale price x .25363% = $30.44) Please do not bid if you do not intend to follow through with a purchase. Keep in mind that making a purchase on eBay IS a binding obligation andyou are responsible for completing the transaction - Therefore, please have your financing secured BEFORE bidding! Failure to complete the transaction not only hurts our business, but others as well. Therefore, we will post feedback accordingly. All cars sold by Volmers Auto Sales are sold in "AS IS - WHERE IS" condition. Some of our vehicles have transferable Factory Warranty remaining and will be noted as such. We also may be able to offer an Extended Service Contract. We attempt to be very specific in the description of our vehicles in an effort to avoid any confusion or discrepancies. We cannot guarantee that these vehicles have not had previous paint and/or body work. We DO guarantee that all vehicles will have clear titles and accurate mileage unless noted otherwise. Fee and Tax Information:
All sales are subject to a $50 documentary fee and dealer inventory tax of .0025363% (example - $5000 x .0025363% = $12.68) Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax, title and license fees. Out of state purchasers are responsible for taxes and registration in their state of residence.
