Hello, Up for auction is a 1969 Chevelle SS convertible. This car would be great for someone willing to restore it. The car was a big block 396, with a turbo 400 trans, but the motor is long gone and so is the original 12 bolt rear end which was replaced with a 10 bolt posi trac. The transmission is still in the car. All the codes indicate this car being a true SS 396 convertible with automatic transmission with gear shifter on the colom. The first five digits in the Vin code 13667 indicate that this car is a 2 door convertible With a V8. The trim code is 755, which indicates Black interior. The paint code is 61 A which is Burnished Brown and I believe a white convertible top. The car was assembled in the Baltimore plant. As for the cars condition it's not in the best shape and will definitely need a full restoration, but the frame is pretty solid and most the cars shell is there. I have taken pics of all the rust on the cars body, trunk and floors. We have plenty of extra parts to go with the car such as, both back and front bumpers, all wheel house moldings, Headlight bevels, rear tail lights, moldings for rear of car. All should be in pics.
