1969 Chevelle Malibu partially recreated as a SS 396 car. It's a solid car and appears to be original sheetmetal throughout. No rust in floors or trunk. There is 1 rust spot above the rear wheelwell on the passenger side (see pics). I don't have access to a lift so there are no pics underneath. If anyone wants some, e-mail me and I'll do what I can. Engine in the car is a 350 (runs great) with casting #3970010 and a TH350 trans. I bought the car 3 years ago but now need to sell due to other priorities. It comes with a freshly machined .60 over 2 bolt 396, rotating assembly, ARP main bolts and stainless steel engine bolt kit. Crank has been polished, rods reconditioned, the pistons are TRW L2242, new cam bearings and freeze plugs installed. The removed Malibu moldings, bench seat (including new seat covers), SS gauge cluster and miscellaneous extra parts come with the car. The interior is in good shape with newly recovered buckets (no headrests) and new carpet. There is 1 crack in the dash (see pics). The car has been repainted at some point before I owned it and is ok for a daily driver. The SS rims and Yokahama tires are new with less than 200 miles on them. The reserve is less than what I have in it. My loss, your gain - good luck bidding. $1000 non-refundable deposit is required via Pay-Pal within 24 hours of auction close. The balance is due on or before date of transfer or seven days from end of auction, whichever is first. If paying by check, the vehicle will not be released until check clears.
