Dollar Amount and the bank requires 12 DAYS before pickup or when check clears OR if Potential Buyer views the car in person and decides to purchase said vehicle, the Buyer may pay Seller with cash being handed to the Seller from the Buyer in person to drive car away OR if Buyer is from out of state and does not wish to wait for the specified Bank Time Limits for a check to clear before picking up vehicle and receiving Title in person, they may also pay cash by handing it directly to Seller from Buyer. Otherwise, with all other forms of payment, the Title will be released when all transactions are final.
