We try to be as meticulous as possible and show you pictures and in some cases videos of any visible and known flaws. Please understand that you are bidding on a pre-owned vehicle and it is not going to be in brand new condition. There is always going to be some kind of wear and tear.vehicle is being sold AS-IS mechanically and structurally.

Browns Performance Motorcars will not be held responsible for any repairs or reconditioning done to this vehicle after delivery. If, at your own discretion, you decide to modify the vehicle, it will be at your own cost. . Feel free to have the vehicle inspected prior to bidding. Check all our other auctions and you will see that all our vehicles are sold in this manner. If this is a vehicle that still has a remaining factory warranty, that warranty will still be in full effect. The factory warranty is provided by the vehicle's manufacturer and not Browns Performance Motorcars. Therefore, by placing a bid on this vehicle you have agreed to not hold Browns Performance Motorcars liable both legally and/or financially, furthermore, you also waive the right to pursue any legal action pertaining to this purchase and are fully aware that the Vehicle is Being sold As-Is where Is no exceptions.

has the option to sell this car locally at anytime

during this auction. Therefore reserving the right to end or cancel aution at anytime.

 As the seller Brown's Performance Motorcars reserves the right to accept or refuse any or all bids.

If in event this car is sold in the showroom prior to the end of the auction, a contracted deal would then take precedence.

Notice to Bidders:   
 

Payment Types:   Certified Funds and Institutional Financing Fees:   

• The winning bidder must respond within 24 hours after the auction with a $500.00 non-refundable deposit required via paypal.com, Visa/MC, or certified funds (cashier's check) to start transaction. All transactions must be completed within 7 working days. Full payment can be made by cash-in-person or cashier's check. If the above items are not met within the allotted time frame, the vehicle may and will be available to all other buyers on a first come first serve basis.

The deal must be consummated within 7 days from the closing day of the auction. Please notify us for any exceptions.
• All sales are subject to a $100.00 Doc fee  Non-negotiable! Please note that this fee does not include a 30-day temp tags, administration and notary fees. Even though your state may not recognize temporary plates they are required to recognize out of state plates. If purchaser is from Maryland, additional fees apply (i.e. reg, title, lein, and taxes). If purchaser is not a Maryland resident and is financing (through their own bank or through our finance company), Browns Performance Motorcars will collect your local taxes for you. Once payment has cleared, we will mail you the title and a check made out to your local DMV for the tax amount collected. All other fees that your local DMV may charge are still the purchasers responsibility.
• Due to the age of some vehicles milage is exempt
• Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.

 • All vehicles that we auction have clean and clear titles (No Salvage title / No Reconditioned title) unless otherwise disclosed. 

• The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the Buy It Now option is used and free shipping is offered. We will assist in arranging for shipping, if requested. 
• Please understand that the vehicles are Classic and Pre-Owned vehicles and at times, the vehicles may come without accessories such as extra keys, CD magazines, navigation discs, floor mats, tools, and owner's manuals. Please call for the exact accessories included for the vehicle.
• The vehicles in the auction are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold as "AS IS" condition.
• Seller reserves the right to end the auction early without any liability to the seller.
• As per the eBay user agreement and the terms of this auction, a successful winning bid at auction end forms a legal and binding contract between the buyer and seller. It is agreed that the buyer understands the vehicle is being sold As Is Where is and by placing a winning bid waives his or her right to litigation pertaining to this contract . Placement of a bid on this auction constitutes voluntary acceptance of all terms and policies stated above and within this auction.

• We respect all of our customers locally, nationally, and internationally here on eBay! We are happy to make all of our vehicles available for all qualified bidders that are registered in the eBay Community.
