This is a rare 1964 Corvair Greenbrier van. Only 4216 of these vans were made in 1964. This is extremely straight for a 1964. I purchased the vehicle in hope of a restoration, but I discovered that he engine has very low compression and I have to decided to spend my money on other projects. I have pulled the carbs to rebuild but discovered the compression so I will reinstall. Engine cranks, no spark, low compression. Body is in fair shape for 1964. There are no rust through spots. There are some surface rust spots. I have tried to take pictures of some of the rust. Window seals and door seals need to be replaced. Tires are bad. Brakes do not work. Probably needs wheel cylinders. All I did is pull it here, clean it up and discover the low compression. Email me if you need more picts or answer any questions.
