Here I offer my 1963 Monza Spyder for auction. This has been an ongoing project for the last two years and now it must go. The first year after driving this car home from Chicago two years ago I repaired the front floor pans, replaced the carpet, new front seats, repaired the battery box and detailed the engine compartment new wiring harness on engine and body. I also sanded the rust free body and primed and painted it in my garage ( looks like it to). actually not that bad. If it were blocked and polished it could look great. I then drove it for the summer and last fall started again with new gas tank, shocks on all 4, springs on the front, Alternator conversion, brakes including a duel master cylinder conversion, Just recently I put on new push rod seal and oil pan gasket, tie rods and ball joints up front along with swing arm bushings with quick steer arms. Corners real nice now even before a wheel alignment. Car still needs work to be a great show car but is a great fun car for the evening car cruises or just a classic everyday driver.Not bad on gas either @ 22 mpg. Also has new emerg. brake and clutch cables. Engine runs strong. Shifts great. stops like a 63 corvair with drum brakes. Selling as is with a clear ohio title. I would say it has to be trailered for any long distance because it needs the wheel alignment. I am trying to find someone to do it locally.
