DESCRIPTION

|
The Corvette is a uniquely American phenomenon. Start talking about Corvettes and someone overhearing the conversation will likely join in with their own stories and information. I you can find a car enthusiast that has not yet owned a “Vette”, he will tell you he either plans on buying one soon, knows someone who has one for sale or has a family member restoring a classic. They are as American as apple pie!
This exceptional example comes equipped with a fresh Chevy 350 V8 stroked to a displacement of 383ci all professionally built and installed with great care! The incredible power from this engine is transplanted to the ground via a 4-speed manual transmission and Corvette IRS rear end. Beautifully finished in Can-Am White with Black Vinyl interior and features Autometer sport comp tachometer, tilt and telescopic steering wheel, power windows, big block hood, aluminum radiator, power disc brakes, headers, aluminum heads, aluminum valve covers, nicely detailed engine compartment, Edelbrock intake, later model Corvette seats, California Black Plate, and more! According to the tachometer redline of 6,000 rpm, bolted u-joints at the rear axles, single fuel line from the tank, and factory air conditioning set up on this car, it was originally a rare and highly sought after 427Cid/400hp optioned car with the original motor removed for reasons unknown. A great opportunity to purchase a fantastic Corvette, and drive it, while hunting down a correct big block motor, making it worth three to four times the current value.
Ready to scare the neighborhood teenagers, or just enjoy taking for rides around town, you won’t be disappointed when you hear this Corvette start up in you garage. With less than 200 break-in miles on the car since the engine build, rest assured it has not been abused. With that said it is very fast and not for the timid
