1967 Corvette small block 327/300   AIR BLOWS COLD!!!!

This 1967 Corvette is a factory Marina Blue car with a Black soft top. The car runs well and everything works except for the clock and the radio.  The car was purchased out of California in the early 80's and as indicated on the Iowa title and the obvious smog items.

We now have the  the A/C fully operational . It is a strong running car with a nice  body in one of the best colors. The paint is only driver quality and looks better in pictures.  The cars runs very smoothly and quietly.

• choice of rally wheels or bolt ons (repro)
• carpets are all original
• good photo documentation of history
• dash pad on passenger side needs repair, has a rip in it.
• red line tires with bolt ons in fair condition, will need to be replaced in the near future

Recently we have done some engine work  to bring the car to  a higher standard. This engine had been rebuilt in the past but the valvetrain was never properly adjusted and cause damage to one of the valves. The engine was pulled and we replaced the camshaft, lifters the damaged valve, the valve guide and the timing chain was set. Clarke County Speed did a valve job, touching the seats and valves, and reassembled the engine with all new seals and gaskets. While the engine was out of the car we cleaned and repainted the block, heads intake as well as the bracketry and pullys; they also replaced the motor mounts when the engine was reinstalled.

The engine originally had emissions devices that had been abandoned and made ineffective. The speed shop remachined the ports into the exhaust manifolds, made new interior tube extensions and installed a salvaged set of original smog tubes. These fittings have been tested with the engine running and are leak free.  The electrical and mechanical work was done by Clarke County Speed, please call OJ Higgins at 540-955-0479 with any questions regarding the work.I have pictured all the smog items I have. I will buy any more items to make the car correct for smog. The SMOG pump is correct date code for this car. Also have HOLLEY list 3814 which is correct for smog AC car. I will buy one more of these if you have one in excellent condition.
