Documentation of the restoration does not exist! Here are the things I know that are deficient: The windshield is starting to delaminate at the lower drivers side. The windshield also has light wiper marks. A new date coded windshield can be purchased for under $300.00. The alternator and exhaust manifolds are incorrect, a guess to replace both with correct pieces in roughly $1,000. There is a small area on the front of the hood stinger (less than the size of a dime) where the paint isn’t perfect. The rest of the paint is outstanding! Here are my comments on the rest of the car: Everything works, including the AC system. The tires are new reproduction red line radials with less than 500 miles on them. The interior is clean, the seats are in good condition, the radio and speakers work, the power windows work great, the fit and finish of the car is very good. The frame off restoration was completed roughly 4 years ago, and the underside of the car shows very good. The battery is fresh, although not original. I have repaired or replaced the power steering pump, turn signal switch, restored the radio (D&M), replaced the seat belts, restored the headlight motors (11/66 dates), and installed a new clutch (the old one chattered), I am a collector of various car types (I own 4 1967 big block coupes), and I’m placing this car for sale as I am restoring another 1967 L68 Coupe (Red/Red) and is nearing completion so this one has to go. The car is available for inspection, and is stored in a heated facility until it is picked up. You won’t be disappointed!
