1964 Chevrolet Corvette VIN#- 40867S114017 Was repainted Riverside Red code 923A as pictured on the tag under glove box. This car is a driver, NOT A TRAILER QUEEN! Paint is almost perfect. Chrome bumpers are in excellent shape as well as the convertible top replaced not long ago. I have the hard top repainted to match to go with the car. Some other features include: -factory style side pipes and shields, knock-off wheels, fairly new tires, new radiator, new GM Crate 350 290 HP in July 2009, short throw shifter, rear exhaust pipe delete panels. New GM crate engine has a nice camshaft too. Flywheel and clutch are in great shape. No visible leak of any kind underneath the car. The side emblem says FUEL INJECTION, but it is not fuel injected. I am not even sure if it ever was fuel injected. Runs excellent and rides wonderful. One pump of the gas and she fires up. I would get in this car and drive ANYWHERE! There are no known mechanical problems. This car has manual steering and power brakes. Chassis and steering parts seem to be in great shape. Little to no rust visible. The frame looks great too. Interior is an 8 out of 10. The only problem is the seats are a little worn. No big issue. One rip on passenger seat. Carpet is in excellent condition as well as the dash. All gauges work except for the clock. I thought the radio worked, but when I tried to turn it on it did nothing. I am not sure what the actual mileage is. Can't be that many miles because it was not driven much by the current owner or previous owner. After it was repainted, it only saw sunny days and stayed under the car cover in an insulated garage. Asking $39,900.00 or best offer. I ALSO HAVE THE ORIGINAL HUBCAPS AND REAR PANELS WHERE EXHAUST CAME OUT. ON ANOTHER NOTE: LOOK AT THE PICTURE WITH THE GAUGES.
