We recently received this 2006 Chevy HHR LT on trade.  It is a CARFAX one-owner vehicle.  This makes for an ideal family vehicle with the roominess on the inside and adequate cargo space.  The rear seats do fold down in a split if you would need extra space.  With its 4 cylinder engine and 23/30 mpg rating, it definitely will not cost you an arm and a leg to take on a long trip. 

The exterior of this HHR is in decent condition.  There are some scratches and paint chips that are noticeable throughout.  I didn't notice anything too out of the ordinary for a vehicle that has over 80,000 miles on it.  Please inspect the pictures below where I've indicated the scratches/imperfections.  The tires appear to have plenty of life left in them.  Tire tread is as follows:  LF 8/32"  LR 9/32"  RF 8/32"  RR 9/32".  The chrome wheels still shine.  All of them did appear to suffer from wear and tear over time.  The edges showed the most noticeable scuffing.  We did repair a few minor dents throughout the vehicle.  The front and rear bumpers did show a few scratches. 

The interior of this HHR is pretty clean.  It does not appear to have been smoked in.  The cloth interior didn't show any major stains, rips or tears.  The fabric seems to have held up very well thus far.  Floormats, cargo net and 1 key and key fob are included.  There is no tirejack.

Mechanically, the HHR performs well.  Transmission shifted normally and I did not notice any pulling or abnormal sounds while driving.  The a/c blows cold and the heat blows warm.  The sunroof tilts as well as opens completey at the touch of the controls.  We did replace the rear wiper, front brake pads and resurfaced the rotors, as well as replaced the left front stabilizer bar link.  All in all, it drove very nicely!

2. Cash, wire transfer or dealer arranged financing are accepted as forms of payment. All funds will be verified prior to release of the vehicle.
3. WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNET BASED LOAN CHECKS. Please call if you have any questions about this.
4. All auctions must either be financed or paid in full within 3 business days of auction end. A signed and notarized copy of a Retail Purchase Agreement must be returned within 2 business days of auction end. Voss Hyundai will initially provide a FAXed copy of the Retail Purchase Agreement then the original being delivered by overnight mail.
5. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding or let us know if you would like us to arrange financing.

6. Shipping & Delivery:

1. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
2. If you would like to fly in to pick up your vehicle, we can arrange to pick you up at the Dayton International Airport and bring you to our dealership to finalize your transaction at no charge.
3. If you would like to have your purchase shipped to you we can do paperwork through overnight mail services, and receive funds through wire transfer. You would be responsible for contacting a shipper to have your purchase picked up at our dealership and delivered to you.
4. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Voss Hyundai will cooperate with you and your selected carrier, but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
5. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom/lot. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Voss Hyundai.
6. The purchased vehicle must be removed from our lot within 7 days after the auction closes.

7. Consummation of your Purchase:

1. Voss Hyundai will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
2. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Ken Hafer of Voss Hyundai either by email at haferkd.vossauto@gs.reyrey.com, or by phone at (937) 428-2408, within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If the purchase paperwork is not completed within 3 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
3. In order to secure the bid on the vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 2 business days of bid closing return to Seller a signed and notarized Retail Purchase Order. Within 3 days of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by wire transfer, or cash.
4. At time of returning the completed Retail Purchase Order, Buyer MUST provide a copy of their valid State issued Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, the Retail Purchase Agreement and all other sale and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.

8. Representations and Warranties made by Seller: Extended Service Contracts may be available. 1. Each purchase transaction will be assessed a $250.00 documentation fee, as well as a $25.50 titling fee which includes an Ohio 30-day Temporary Tag.
2. Ohio residence will be required to pay sales tax based on the rate of your county of residence.
3. Non-Ohio residence are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
4. The new statute, R.C. 5739.029, provides that motor vehicle dealers collect Ohio sales tax when selling a vehicle(s) to a resident of a state where that state charges sales tax to Ohio residents, or to residents of other countries. These reciprocal states are Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Carolina and Washington.
