Documentation Fee: There will be a $150.00 fee added to each car sold. This includes holding costs, vehicle preparation, up to 30 days storage and overnight documentation delivery.

Buyer will pay for any and all transportation costs. We will assist you in arranging for transportation, but you will be responsible for contact and payment directly with shipper. Prices will vary so check around if this is an issue. Shipping can take up to 14 + days due to scheduling.

International Transportation

Terms of Auction & Sale:
The vehicle is offered with a right to a personal inspection by any bidder or agent of any bidder. We are a Storage Garage that assist our customers in bringing there car to the open market when they decide to sell.

The new owner is responsible for their own taxes, license and title fees to register the car in their home state. We will provide you with a clear and lien free title.

The vehicle is available for inspection prior to bidding. If you are the high bidder and unable to inspect said vehicle before auction close, you or an agent will have (7) days to inspect said vehicle after the close of auction. I encourage a physical inspection strongly to avoid any misunderstandings or representations.

Payment Terms :
Payment must be made by Cashiers Check, Money Orders or Wire Transfers payable in US Dollars.

A Refundable deposit in the amount of $500.00 must be received within four (4) days of the auctions close. The buyer has Seven (7) days from close of auction to inspect the vehicle. If the vehicle is not to your liking within this seven day inspection period then your deposit will be refunded 100%. If an inspection or decision takes longer then ten days and you find the vehicle not to your liking, your deposit will be forfeited and the car will be re-listed.

Final payment must be received within Seven (7) days of the auction close. The refundable deposit only applies if you or an agent inspect said vehicle in Lake Zurich, Illinois and find it not to your liking. We will not be responsible for buyers remorse or problems found to said vehicle once they have left our property. We just being realistic, most of the cars we deal in are Classics and by their very nature will need TLC and some degree of attention sooner or latter. These are not new cars and should not be treated as such.

Once full payment has been received, we will Overnight clear title, Bill of sale. Transportation will commence only after final payment. Once a car is picked up from our premises, you will NOT be able to return the car.

Sorry, but in all fairness to the bidding process, we will NOT disclose the reserve price until the auction has ended. Some of our cars will have the last few digits of the Vin replaced with XXXX this is to keep dishonest people from trying to sell this car or to clone it if is a rare and valuable car. The new owner will be get a clear title that matches the Vin # on the vehicle, we will only disclose the Vin# to the winning bidder. This should protect both seller and buyer. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied themselves as to the condition and value. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
