Successful "winning" bidder must call 215-969-2162 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction.  Please be ready to place a deposit within 48 hours of auction's close. All transactions must be completed within 7 days of the end of auction. Accepted forms of payment are: Certified check, cashiers check, or bank/wire transfer. U.S. Funds Only, please.

NOTE: If the deposit is not received within forty-eight hours, (2) business days or if the sale is not complete within 7 days of the close of the auction, we reserve the right to sell to the next highest bidder or to another qualified buyer.

We accept cashiers checks, certified funds, wire transfers or verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions. We also accept payment from lenders such as Capital One Auto Finance, eBay Finance, JJ Best Banc, and others.  Pennsylvania residents are responsible for applicable sales tax in their county as well as title and licensing fees.   If you live outside of Pennsylvania, you are responsible for applicable tax, title and licensing fees in your area.

All vehicles are sold "as-is" and without warranty. Some vehicles will have factory warranty remaining (will be stated in our description). Vehicles come with books and/or manuals only if pictured or described in the advertisement of the said vehicle.
