Prior to bidding, please be prepared financially; whether that is confirmation from a loan company, bank, or personal finances. Terms of Sale:

   Airport pickup is available for the Springfield-Branson regional airport.  We will have a vehicle waiting to pick you up upon arrival and your new vehicle will be waiting, ready to be driven home.  Please call to schedule a pick up time before booking your flight.  Airport pickup is free available only with the Buy It Now price.

If you are interested in having your vehicle shipped, all of our transportation is done by fully insured, DOT certified Professional Transporters. The average delivery time is 7 days after payment has been received. Feel free to call or email with any questions or if you would like a transportation quote. Holidays and Mother Nature can cause delays that are out of our control. Christmas, Thanksgiving, Snow Storms, and Ice Storms sometimes can result in minor delays of shipping and scheduling.

Please take the time to read our feedback; you will get a quality automobile that will be as described. If for some reason the car is NOT as described, we will refund your payment and cancel your purchase agreement.

With any pre owned vehicle you will have some minor chips and/or scratches, normal wear. If there is anything that would not be considered normal, it will be photographed and noted.

All keys, floor mats, and owner’s manuals that were with the vehicle when purchased by Midway Powersports, will be given to the new owner at time of delivery. Not all vehicles will come with multiple keys books, or mats. Feel free to contact us if you want to discuss exact details of any of our vehicles.

All vehicles are described to the best of our ability and we take numerous pictures to accurately describe the quality and condition of each vehicle. All vehicles are "as is" unless warrantied by another provider. Inspections are always welcome. We will gladly have any of our vehicles taken to the local dealer (GM, Ford, Acura, etc) and let you have an independent inspection done before purchasing. Most inspections are $100 or less.

Title and tax fees vary from state to state. We can help you calculate your fees and add to the purchase price if needed to be included in your loan.

All transactions are subject to our $99 documentation fee.

Fees and Payment Options:

A $1000.00 non refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of close of auction and the balance within 7 days of close auction.  If you fail to give us the remaining balance within 7 days of the closed auction, a $50.00 fee will be added to your balance for every day that the balance is late.  Payment must be in the form of cash in person, cashier’s check, bank to bank wire transfer, or money order. Shipping cost is the BUYERS responsibility $99.00 DOCUMENT FEE.  All sales are final, NO EXCEPTIONS.
