All dealers and individuals welcome!
-The winning bidder must contact the seller (Joe Spinale, Bezema Motors ) within 24 hours with a phone call (781)844-5761 or E mail ( j.spinale@bezemagmc.com ).
-We provide free transport services to and from Logan International Airport in Boston, Massachusetts and TF Green Airport in Providence, Rhode Island.
-All sales are subject to a $299 Documentary Fee other than state taxes and registration. There are no hidden fees. These are all you pay and you can drive your car home!!
- Massachusetts residents pay 6.25% sales tax and registration. Out of state buyers must pay taxes in their home state.
-Buy is responsible for all shipping costs. We will assist in the arrangement of shipping, if requested. We recommend all shipping is done through our provided shipping companies.
-All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Norwood, Massachusetts. The vehicle shall be delivered in Norwood, Massachusetts. All obligations of purchaser to pay shall be payable in Norwood, Massachusetts in Norfolk County as well.
-It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Norfolk County, Massachusetts.
Vehicle Condition
-Consequently, the car may have a few more miles on it than the auction mileage. Any mileage differences will be of an immaterial nature (under 500 miles). Please call or email if you are concerned about specific mileage.
-Please understand that the vehicles are Pre-Owned vehicles and at times, the vehicles may come without accessories such as extra keys, cod magazines, navigation discs, floor mats and owner's manuals. Please call for the exact accessories included for the vehicle.
-As any used vehicle, minor wear may appear under close scrutiny; this includes small sand and/or rock chips and/or scratches. We believe that a picture is worth a thousand words. Therefore we try to show the car from every possible angle. Please, look at the pictures and email us any concerns prior to placing a bid. We would like you to feel safe and confident when bidding.
-Seller is not responsible for any hidden body or frame damage on vehicle and should be inspected by the buyer prior to sale.
Seller reserves the right to end the auction early without any liability to the seller.
-All Bidders with a feedback score of less than 10 will be blocked if they bid on a vehicle without contacting us first. Please call us so we can help you make your first eBay transaction successful. Thanks
Terms of Sale
The winning bidder must respond within 24 hours after the auction with a $500.00 USD nonrefundable deposit required via pay pal, wire transfer or certified funds (cashier's check) to start transaction. All vehicles must be paid in full within this 7 day period. We will accommodate your schedule by holding the vehicle if you need more time to physically get the vehicle. Please notify us for any exceptions.
