Successful "winning" bidder must telephone (832) 878-9007 or (713) 827-1212 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. We require a $300 non-Refundable deposit to secure the transaction and the vehicle for (4) working business days.

Within (4) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Autos-Mobiles accepts Wire Transfers (most secure and fastest), cashiers-checks, certified funds, or verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions. We also accept payment from online lenders, and eBay Finance. Please allow 10 days for funds to clear before title work is processed. 

All buyers pay a $50.00 documentary fee, Vehicle Inventory tax is calculated at 0.2214% (that equates to $22.14 per $10,000 spent), $5 E-Tag fee and $95 online administration fee. Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax plus applicable Texas fees*. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. in their own states.

This auction is a legally binding contract to buy this vehicle.  All vehicles are sold "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS* and without warranty unless otherwise specified. All sales are final with no cooling-off period and no returns are allowed.  I have done my best to accurately describe this vehicle. It is up to the buyer to come see and further inspect the car before the end of the auction.  Some vehicles may have factory warranty remaining depending on mileage and age of the vehicle (will be stated in our description if knwon to us). All cars come with one key unless otherwise stated. Vehicles come with books and/or manuals only if pictured in photo gallery and/or if stated in the ad.

We have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle and aim to only carry quality pre-owned merchandise. Autos-Mobiles recommends all vehicles be inspected BEFORE leaving our facility. Once the vehicle has been delivered to the buyer or the shipping company we are no longer responsible period.  If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the eBay purchased vehicle at our facility only, buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem, or work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid less the non-refundable deposit.
