	Please call Denise Dale on this 2001 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN LT K1500 4X4! This is a clean Suburban with classic color combination of Black Exterior and Tan Leather interior. This LT 4x4 is nicely equipped with POWER OPTIONS, ON STAR READY, THIRD ROW SEAT, LEATHER, HEATED SEATS, REAR A/C and more! Now, this is not normally the mileage and/or year that we sell. Typically, a trade in like this would go straight to a dealer sale. However, we wanted to offer it here and let you have the benefits of a great buy! This drives well, its clean on the inside and odor free. The 2nd row passenger seat headrest has a small hole and there is some lens covers missing on the interior door panels - I took photos for you to see. The exterior still sparkles! This has some paint chips, scratches, a few door dings and I found one dent on the rear corner passenger side bumper. Because we are selling this here instead of taking it to the dealer sale - we are selling this AS-IS. You are welcome, even encouraged to have a pre-buyer's inspection done before you buy it.
