This is a factory adapter plate from a 1984 4X4 GM truck. This plate mates a 700R4 Transmission to a New Process 208 Transfer case. It's in great shape with no cracks or stripped threads as it's the Tall and 3 1/4" thick version that uses a Short output shaft on the 700R4 Transmission.. It has been cleaned & inspected. There are 2 versions of this adapter plate, the Tall / Thin one in the picture and the Short one (Not listed here). Be sure to check which one you need. Our Stock # 007070
