Sales Tax
An 9.75% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to California. Sales tax is
calculated only on the extended price (unit price x quantity) total, excluding

Shipping Policy
All orders are automatically processed and sent to your PayPal confirmed
address; no other addresses may be specified. Shipping is for the Continental
U.S. - 48 state only. HI, PR, AK, and Virgin Island will be AIR SHIPMENT ONLY.

charged. For P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO address, please check
SHIPPING BOX for detail Shipping charge or extra. Items will be shipped
out within 2-3 business days after we receive the payment. All shipping and
handling fee is non-refundable.

Out of Stock Items
We take every possible precaution to ensure that every item for sale on eBay is
in stock and ready to ship. In the unlikely event that you purchase an item that
is out of stock, buyer agrees to complete the eBay 'Cancel Transaction by Mutual
Agreement'. Canceling a Transaction by Mutual Agreement will not reflect

Return Policy
All sales are final unless they are found to be damaged by shipping carrier or
our listing error and mistake. We must be notified of the situation within 3
days of your receipt. All items come with 30 days
store warranty unless advertised differently. After 30
days,
the balance of the warranty is carried direct with the manufacturer, and we will
assist customer to forward return products to manufacturer for warranty service.

15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. No
refund after 30 days. Under NO circumstances
will any shipping and processing fees be refunded. No returns will be accepted
if the original packaging is damaged and/or missing accessories. Buyer is
responsible for all return shipping charge, only DOA (defect on arrival) product
return apply no shipping charge.
Return Procedures

member" to obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed
to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in
the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the
appropriate RMA number. If package return with unfair or damage packing style,
it will not be accepted (will take photo if need it ). All RMA numbers are valid
for ten (10) days
from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA
number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number, will not be accepted.
