Payment
After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, you have two check-out options:

Brake parts are usually shipped within 2-4 business days. We will email a tracking number when the product is shipped. Domestic: FREE SHIPPING to 48 states. UPS Ground shipment takes 1-5 business days to receive package.(Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and APO. Please use shipping calculator to calculate shipping.) Insurance: $3.00 Optional. If items are lost or damaged by the shipper, we will replace it ASAP. We will handle the claim process with the shipper for you. International: Shipping charges does not include Taxes / Duties. DHL/UPS/ USPS may ask to collect Taxes / Duties upon delivery of package. For an estimate of Taxes / Duties fees, please contact your local DHL/UPS/USPS office or local government. R1 Concepts will not be responsible for any of Taxes / Duties fees. DHL takes 3-5 business days to deliver once item is shipped. UPS takes 3-6 business days to deliver once item is shipped. USPS Priority 2-7 business days to deliver once item is shipped. APO will take 2-4 weeks. We will not mark any items as gift or sample. |

Returns

Is will call available?
Will call is available to all Southern California residents. Please give us a call at 714-777-2323 to schedule a pickup.
What type of information will you need about the vehicle?
Model information will be requested at checkout. Please tell us the exact year (with production date if possible), make, and model. Include additional information such as engine size (liters), 2wd or 4wd, 4cyl or V6, turbo or non-turbo, abs or non-abs, etc.
What condition are these items in?
All items are 100% brand new.
Will these products require additional modifications or new brake calipers?
These items are Original Equipment Manufactured items and will NOT require any type of additional modifications. However, we do recommend the use of new brake pads.
What is the difference between our rotors compared to other sellers?
Our rotors are approved by ISO9002/QS9000/VDA6.1
What does this mean? It means our rotors are manufactured in a qualified facility in which all parts and material are inspected. We spend numerous hours on research on how to drill, slot, zinc plate, balance, and inspect our rotors so that our customers are getting high quality rotors. Now ask yourself: "Can other sellers offer all this for you?" Our answer to you is "NO." Rest assure that you are getting high quality rotors at an unbelievable price. The appearance and stopping power will be beyond your expectations.
What is the warranty?
We offer 90 days warranty against cracking or warping. However, shipping will be paid by the buyer. A detailed warranty policy will be explained at checkout.
What is the Refund Policy?
Here at R1 Concepts Inc. we strive to provide you, our buyers, with the highest quality products along with the best customer service experience. Your satisfaction is our guarantee. This is why we offer all of our items with 30 days return policy when buyer receives the item.
Items being returned must be in brand new condition as it originally came with the original boxes, hardware, manuals, accessories, and etc. We will not issue a refund for items that has been used, installed, or missing other items. Buyer is responsible for shipping the items back. We are not responsible for any custom entry and duty fees associated with any returns or exchanges for international buyers; this will be charged to the buyer.
There will be a 20% restocking fee from the sales price (NO EXCEPTIONS - unless it was our mistake which will be determined by R1 Concepts Inc.). Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued as same payment type (paypal or credit card) or by company check. By bidding on this auction you have agreed to all of these terms and conditions.
