You are bidding on a really neat "survivor" 1948 Chrysler Windsor Sedan. It is powered by a straight 6, with the Fluid Drive transmission. It cranks right up on the first try, and hits the road quite well. Black over re-done red plaid interior, the pictures truly say it all. Though this car isn't a true survivor in that it has had minor upgrades (the interior), the car is unmolested and 95% original. You will not be disappointed in this car; it would make a great driver or restoration project; the only real picks on the car are that the chrome is pitted in places (though all there and original), and the paint would need to be re-done. Most everything works on the car; the radio powers up, but I assume the speaker is bad, and there doesn't appear to be an antenna. The tires are nearly new, and as previously stated, runs and drives great. There are some cracks in the windows (see pics), but other than that, it doesn't need very much at all. The car will be sold with a GEORGIA BILL OF SALE only, as in Georgia cars built since 1974 do not need a title. Please call Dane at 770.560.5105 with any questions.
