This is the correct DVD player replacement to get the IR wireless headphones to work. Notice there is NO small black wedge shaped piece of black plastic on the top left of the player, just above the Chrysler Corporation sticker. This is the 900MHZ RF wireless headphones transmitter.
There are newer models out that look identical but without the "black box" and only work with the newer KOSS IR headphones. But to get the KOSS IR headphones to work you will also have to get an overhead DVD screen with an IR transmitter built in and run the wires to the new overhead DVD screen.

Front A/V Jacks (It is excellant for video games, VCR, camcorder, MP3 player and more).
It fits in the unused storage pocket under the radio unit.
The latest technology available, listen up to six (6) CDs, watch a video (need harness & monitor-not included).
