1963 Chrysler New Yorker
| |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
This is an original Fl car. Purchased at McGaheys Chrysler Plymouth of Miami Beach, By Gus Kleck a Jeweler in Dade County. He always kept it garaged as I do and took good cair of it. It's a four door hard top, with good chrome inside and out shiney original paint and a good interior. In the past 6 years I've put on tires that have about 3,000 miles on them and had the carb rebuilt, put in new motor mounts, trunnion and rear u-joint, and done a basic tune up. It has 63 New Yorker Salon hub caps, try finding an other set ! This is the best Mopar I've ever had ! Runs good looks good and named by the orignal owner after the mother of Grindel of Beowulf fame. It needs a heater core, and new ac hoses the ac will work for a wile with a charge. Also the clock and gas gage dont work. The are some dings over the trunk hinges and some small paint touch ups. Over all I've say this car is a better than average surviver with original miles. The windows, seat, brakes, 413 engine, trans are all in fine working order. This is a 100% rust free car ! I know this car inside and out, so if you have any questions feel free to email me. Yes I have a 77 New Yorker for sale also and am a big fan of the New Yorker having had a 55, two 63's two 64's a 68, 74, 75 two 76's a 77 and two 78's !
