Shipping and Payment : Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangement for payment at that time. A $500 DEPOSIT is due within 48 hours of AUCTION END and is non-refundable!! If we do not receive a deposit within 48 hours, we may sell the car to someone else. FULL PAYMENT AND PICKUP/SHIPMENT is due within 7 days of auction end. If Pickup/Shipment is not made within 7 days, we reserve the right to charge a $50 per day Storage FEE!!! We accept Cash in person, Bank Check or Cashiers Check, WE ALSO HAVE AVAILIBLE FINANCING for qualified buyers. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. F.Y.I, Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure, if financing, that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. ALL vehicles purchased from Jerry Ulm Dodge Chrysler Jeep, must be delivered from the dealership, and no exceptions will be made.
All customers are required to pay our $485.00 Documentary Fee, No Exceptions will be made.
Florida residents are required to pay state and local sales tax, tag, title transfer fee, plus doc stamp tax if you finance. Dealers are required by law to collect these fees and process all of this paperwork at the DMV for the buyer. All of these fees are regulated by the state. Title transfer, registration fees and license plate fee vary by person and birth date.
If you live outside Florida, and plan to drive the car home, you are responsible to pay your STATE SALES TAX TO US , we will give you a bill of sale showing that sales tax has already been paid here in Florida.. When you get back to your home state, you just need to show the DMV this AND YOU WILL NOT have to pay taxes AGAIN, unless your state does not honor it!!!
If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative, low, or no feedback.
