1956 Chrysler Windsor

Beautiful unrestored original show car ...

Purchased new in Nebraska. Family owned for most of it's life.

Complete documented history with literature and photos (display book included).

This car has only traveled 46,570 miles since new.

Mostly original exterior paint, original interior, and original chrome/brightwork (nice!)

The best under-carriage and body panels you could possibly hope to find in a 50's Mopar!

The car has spent most of it's life in the garage and only out for occasional excercise.

All mechanics have been recently serviced ... Drives fantastic!

Correct black wall tires from Coker tire. Just as the car was ordered from the factory.

The car has been driven over 300 miles to car shows in Florida in the past 2 months.

Whisper quiet 331ci 8 cylinder that makes great power (no smoke + starts easy).

Very smooth shifting 2 speed Powerflite (push-button) transmission.

Standard steering and brakes are in perfect order (steers and stops very easy).

Handles and drives amazingly well ..... Cruises very nice nice 65-70 mph.

Engine bay and trunk are well preserved and correct.

Super nice dash and perfect steering wheel (no cracks at all).

Seats, door panels, headliner, etc. are all outstanding ...

There is still some 1956 newspaper under the trunk mat from the dealer !!! (see photo)

All working accessories (gauges, lights, radio, map light, etc).

This car needs nothing. It is ready to drive and show right now.

Won the HPOF (Historical Preservation Of Original Features) award in February 2009.

Consistent trophy winner against restored cars at many of the local shows.

A very good investment at this price. They are only ORIGINAL once.

This is the only one like it known to exist. A very rare find in this condition with history.
