Shipping

	Most items ship via UPS or US Postal Service via Ground or Priority Mail. We will choose the best method to ship your item. Please be aware that UPS cannot deliver to a Post Office Box and be sure to include your physical address.
	Items Shipping Outside the Contiguous 48 U.S. States will incur additional shipping. To calculate your shipping add the following percentages to your total. Alaska , Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Hawaii and Guam, add 31% APO Military Addresses add 40%

Shipping to Canada is a flat rate based on the total cost of your merchandise.

Returns

We offer a No Hassle 30 Day Return Policy for non-personalized or custom order items. Buyer pays return shipping, the items must be returned in original condition. If you receive a damaged item or the incorrect item, please call! We will be more than happy to correct any errors on our part and see to it that damaged items are replaced in a timely manner.
