Return policy for exchange or refund:
Any claims or request for return must be within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Return will be allowed only within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of merchandise with no exception. Return for exchange will only be accepted for items with manufacturer defects, or incorrect item sent. In which case, seller assumes freight responsibilities. Return for refunds will incur a restocking fee of 25% and buyer assumes all freight responsibilities. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must have a RAN (Return Authorization Number). No items will be accepted without a RAN. All authorized returned merchandise must be in its original condition.

It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify and inspect the correct part and its application before opening or attempting installation. If buyer purchased the wrong part for his application, buyer will assume the restocking fee or freight costs for replacement.

Shortage/Damaged Shipment:
All merchandises are packed carefully before it leaves our facility. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier and a claim must be filed by the buyer. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing material for carrier inspection. We will not initiate any claims with the carrier.
When retuning items, buyer is responsible for proper packaging and must obtain proper insurance from the carrier. We advise this because carriers will not accept claims due to improper package.
