HERE IS THE 292 Y-BLOCK YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR, THIS IS NOT YOUR GRANDPAS OLD TRUCK ENGINE. This is a .060 over 292 (302ci) with rear sump pickup pan and front cover (you can use this engine in a car but the pan and timing cover will need to be changed) It has been completely rebuilt with the best parts and the best performance in mind. THE BLOCK, This is a Cleavland B9AE casting that has been bored .060 over then decked to "zero height" even with the cast flat top pistons then align honed . The rotating assembly is balanced to within 0.5 grams. Crankshaft is "magnafluxed" .020"/.020" rods/mains with Clevite bearings, conecting rods are C1TE-C HD truck rods. Camshaft is .450" lift and 288* dur. with 108* lobe centers (very lopey idle, not the best for an auto. trans.) driven by a double roller timing set. THE HEADS, Castings are posted Cleavland ECZ-G ported and polished with "stainless steel" 2.02" intake and 1.60" exhaust valves, HD springs and retainers, bronze guides (not liners), three angle seats cut with a "Serdi" not ground with a stone and hard steel exhaust seats. The valves are opened by HD push rods and 1.43:1 rebuilt rocker assemblies with full pressure oiling. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q7ZjObWyRJU&feature=channel_page also comes with damper and resurfaced flywheel. THIS ENGINE HAS BEEN RUN FOR 35 MIN. WITH "BRAD PENN" OIL (the old Kendal green oil) with plenty of ZDDP TO BREAK-IN THE CAM THEN DISASSEMBLED FOR INSPECTION, NO FLAT CAMS HERE!

Shipping is the resposability of the winning bidder. The last one I sold was shipped through R&L trucking to Austin TX. for $320. Good luck bidding on this fine Ford Engine.
