I got this seat with a 1995 K1100rs I recently purchased, but regularly have a passenger so I'm not going to need it.  It appears to be real leather (it's not the perferated vinyl that most Corbins are made from), no rips or tears.  It has some "dry" spots where the leather is lighter than in other places; it probably needs some leather conditioner.  Overall, the leather appears pretty supple.  It has some mounting hardware, since it wasn't installed on the bike I'm not sure if it's all there or not so you may have to borrow the hardware from your stock seat.  Check out Corbins website for more information about mounting the seat.  It appears it will not fit 1985 K100's also.  Shipping is fixed 30$ via UPS ground.
