Description
This auction is for a used 2007-2008 Dodge Caliber OEM Left Headlight. The headlight has one broken upper-inner mounting tab and some minor scuffs on the lens.

Note:
Although it is rare to receive an HID light that doesn't work, it does happen. All of our HID components are untested and are sold AS IS. Be aware of this before bidding.
Headlight and tail lights are not guaranteed to come with bulbs or wiring unless specified. These are used parts, and may come with minor scratches and scuffs that go along with being used

•You have read the item description and looked at all photos posted in the description.
•You understand that you are bidding on a USED OEM salvaged item unless otherwise stated in the description.

SHIPPING:
•Our shipping cost includes a small packaging and handling fee added to the actual carrier cost.
•Shipping fees are not negotiable.
•All orders will be shipped within 3 business days after full payment is received and a tracking number will be supplied.
•An incomplete shipping address will delay shipment until it is verified by the buyer and a valid telephone number is needed so the carrier can contact you with any shipping issues.
• All Domestic damaged/lost/stolen packages with insurance require a 1-2 weeks claiming period.
•All International damaged/lost/stolen packages with insurance require a 45 days claiming period. (USPS POLICY).
•Non-domestic buyers are responsible for any duty, customs, and brokerage fees required in the arriving country.
•Any package damage must be noted with the carrier when the item is delivered.
•We do not ship to APO / FPO/ or P.O. Boxes.
•WE DO NOT SHIP TO PUERTO RICO. We also do not ship anywhere outside of the United States, Canada, and Mexico. If you have an address at one of these locations, we will refund your money immediately and the sale will NOT be completed.

Payment:
•We accept PayPal, and credit card over the phone.
•Items will not ship until E-checks and personal checks have cleared
•All personal checks must have a valid driver’s license number and date of birth on the check.
•All payments must be received within 10 days of auction close.
•Sales Tax of 9.75% will be applied to all items shipped to a Tennessee address.

Return Policy:
We take great care to accurately describe all our items, including any known damage. We supply photos of the actual items listed and warrant them to be as described and shown in the photos when shipped. Unless noted in the listing, our items are used salvaged OEM parts. Returns will be accepted only if there is a discrepancy in the listing and we are notified within 3 days of receipt of the item. Return shipping arrangements and cost is the buyer's responsibility entirely. All returns must be approved in advance by Dave or Keith. A full refund will be issued once we verify that the item returned is the same item shipped and there was an error in the listing description. Winning bidders that request that their winning bid be canceled will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Non-Paying winning bidders will be reported to eBay. All questions about the items should be resolved prior to bidding.
