Warranty

The vehicle has a 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty by the manufacturer.  This vehicle also has an additional 5 year or 100,000 mile service contract.  The vehicle is covered as per the terms of the DaimlerChrysler Service Contact.  Buyer is responsible for the $50 transfer fee and any other additional fees paid to DaimlerChrysler for the transfer of the service contract/warranty.

Shipping / Pickup

The buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle, and if choosing to ship the vehicle with a auto transport carrier, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.  The vehicle is located in Deer Park, NY.
