Auction Questions and Answers.

  How do I pay the deposit at the end of the auction?

The high bidder will be responsible for sending a cashier's check for $2500 within 72 hours of auction end. Buyer must contact Joe Topor directly by phone at 413 531-0602. Upon Receipt of deposit, Topor will withdraw said vehicle from the market.  In consideration of removing the vehicle from the market, the winning bidder understands, acknowledges and agrees that if he/she can not fulfill the auction purchase, the entire deposit shall be forfeited.

        How do I complete the paperwork involved?  

It’s the easiest deal you will ever do. Once the deposit is received, I will overnight via Federal Express, your paperwork. A pre-billed Federal Express return envelope will be included. All you have to do is sign the highlighted signature marks and drop your paperwork in the return envelope along with a copy of your driver’s license and the remaining payment, then drop the package in a Federal Express drop box and it comes to me the next business day. Once I receive the package, the vehicle is clear to be shipped or picked up in person.

You have two options,

(1) Come pick up the vehicle once it is paid in full,

(2) Have the vehicle shipped to your destination. Shipping is a viable option if you are not in an extremely fast hurry to receive the car. Even though it is slower than picking it up yourself, it is still rather fast and can save an individual a lot of money in travel expenses. We will pick you up at the local airport or bus station free of charge.

  Yes. Even though the commonwealth of Massachusetts does not offer temporary tags, we can make arrangements with your State DMV and get the necessary paperwork together to get the vehicle registered properly. You may need to provide proof of insurance
