Winning bidder must contact seller within 24-hours of close of auction to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.  Buyer must be at least 18 years of age, a US resident, possess a valid drivers license and proof of insurance.  Federal and state laws in which this dealership is licensed will apply to sales transaction.

Deposit

A deposit of $500 must be received by seller within 2 business days of the close of the auction.  The vehicle offered is subject to prior sale during the auction and up to receipt and acceptance of deposit. 

Accepted forms of payment

We accept bank to bank transfers, cashier’s checks, US Postal Service money orders, and cash in hand.  Approved credit cards are accepted only for the deposit amount. Please contact us for specific payment information. We also have many lenders we can use for you if you would like to finance the vehicle.

Additional taxes and fees

Out of state buyers are responsible for documentation fee and any applicable taxes, registration, and license and title fees for the state in which they reside.  Out of state buyers may need to provide proof of residency, contact dealer for details.

Inspection by buyer

This dealership strives to accurately describe and represent this vehicle.   We invite and recommend that bidder, or bidder’s agent, personally inspect the vehicle being offered.  This inspection must be performed prior to the end of the auction.  Charges associated with an inspection are the responsibility of the bidder.

Warranties

Seller’s limited warranty is included.  Manufacturer’s warranty may still apply.  An extended service contract may also be purchased.  Contact dealer for details.

Final payment

An acceptable form of final payment must be received within 7 days of the close of this auction.  All funds must clear before vehicle will be released.  We can also arrange financing through one of our many lenders.  Please inquire.  If buyer is securing financing on their own, please make arrangements before close of auction in order to comply with our payment requirements.

Shipping

The cost of shipping lies solely with the buyer.  Transportation can be arranged through eBay Motors, or we may have suggestions.  Seller is responsible for vehicle condition only until vehicle is picked up by transporter.
