Hi there, what I have here is a 1968 Dodge Charger. This car is mostly disassembled and in need of a restoration. I will do my best to tell what I know about the car but if I leave anything out please email and I will respond quickly and as honestly as I can. First off the car is monotone red with a full black vinyl top, that has been removed. The car came with a 383 with a four barrel but its totally disassembled and in need of  a rebuild.  I do not know if this is the original motor. The car also came with an automatic transmission that is all together. As for the body, the car will need quarters and the lower rear part of the front fenders as well. The doors look good and only show a little bit of blistering on the bottom part. The top of the car looks great, when I bought the car thats the first thing I did was tear the top off to see what it looked like and was very pleased. No rust on top or on sail panels. The trunk lid is in excellent condition and around the rear window is good but on the right bottom part there is a little rust around the trim piece but its not nearly as bad as what Ive seen. As far as the trunk pan it too is in very good condition with only two little holes the size of a pin head, otherwise really solid. The inside of the car is good, except fo the drivers floor panel will need replacing. Other than that the passenger floor and rear floor is solid. The hood is in good condtion with no crinkles or huge dents, and has built in turn signals, that  are still there The fire wall in great condition and is very solid.

Now for the underside of the car. The underside of this car is in great condition. The rear frame rails are solid, spring perch's solid, torsion mounts solid, strut mounts solid, basically what Im saying is that the whole underneath of the car is extremely solid, VERY VERY VERY SOILD and is what makes this such a restorable car. When I bought this car it had 1990 license plates on it, so it has been off the road for a long time, and obviously has not been out in or field or Minnesota weather would have eaten this car right up.

Now for the interior, its black and will need to be recovered but is all there. I removed the interior when I bought the car and have every piece accounted for. The dash is in excellent condition with not one crack in it anywhere, which makes me also believe that this car was stored somewhere that was not exposed to the sun. The headliner will need to be replaced but is still in the car.

Also I ran the fender tag and decoded it so heres what it had to say:

Dodge Charger 2 dr sports hardtop

Engine: 383cid 4 bbl hp v8

Transmission: 3 speed automatic

Build date dec 14, interior charger trim grade, vinyl bucket seats, black interior, monotone red paint job, black upper door frame color. Moldings: drip rail moldings, body belt moldings, wheel lip moldings. ABC options: power brakes, rear window defogger, music master am radio, tinted windshield only, black vinly top, center front seat, bucket seats, fender or hood mounted turn signal indicators, and drivers outside remote operated mirror. Other things that I forgot was the grill, its there and is in good condition, but has one fin that has about an 1 1/2" piece missing, and a couple of cracks ones, other than that it all there incuding the vacuum can and lines. Bumpers are there but need rechroming or new ones bought for it. The front valance is there and is i good condition and the light that go in the valance are there also.  The tailights are complete but are pitted around the light bezels. All the trim is on the car and is in good condition.  Also I have the emblems for the car but they too are pitted but might clean up. I do have the turn signals for the car but the to show pitting but might clean up as well. This car is a column shift auto. As for that I tried to cover most of the important stuff but I know that there are things I forgot, so like I said please dont hesitate to ask questions.  Good luck and happy bidding.
