This is a 1968 Dodge Coronet R/T 440 4bbl 4 speed WS23L8AXXXXXX. Right now it has a great running 383 Big block that came out of a 1969 Plymouth road runner in it to get around while the 440 is in the shop. This is a real R/T. The hood came from a 1969 Coronet. I do not have the original power bulge hood. The rust free front fenders have been replaced and came from a 1968 coronet and that is why the emblem hole is not in photo. The rear quarters need work. The gas tank is new and the trunk has some rust in center of trunk floor. The inside floor is in good shape but the 4 speed hump was cut out before I got it so the floor needs a 4 speed hump. I have seats that are low back buckets that will go with the car. The front drivers side seat has a tear in it. I have the original red ring dog dish hubs. The rear is a 8&3/4 I was told but the 4 speed R/T cars came with a dana 60 rear so I read. I know that when you hit the gas both wheels kick dirt so it has a positive rear. So far nothing has been done to the engine and it does come with the car and it is numbers matching. Whatever I have for the car is yours if you buy the car. The pictures of the car are old. I will be taking questions at (443) 794-7430 and by email and will do my best to answer them all. This car is solid and needs work to be fully restored. I will take more photo's if needed. Right now the transmission is an automatic and I may be able to retreve the original 4 speed but not sure. It was not functioning well and will need work. I have tried but so far cannot get hold of the person with it. I have done alot of research on this car as far as books and I found that there were 96 Dodge Coronet R/T 4 speed cars made in 1968 and 92 of them were 440's and the rest were Hemi's so needless to say, this is a rare car.(443) 794-7430 call me for questions or send an email.
