In the last 6 months eBay has started working with Auto Check, even though the standard for the industry is Car fax.  Auto Check gets some of their information from Mannheim Auto Auctions.  In a attempt to not get sued by dealers, Mannheim Auctions will announce Frame Damage on almost any car that has any paint work that runs through their auction.  In many cases were they (Mannheim) announce frame damage there is not even a police report, or a accident.  Mannheim has announced frame damage on this car. 

"AutoCheck reports that this vehicle was previously sold at a wholesale auto auction with a disclosure that the vehicle has frame/unibody damage or had frame/unibody damage..

Remember this is their policy, and in many cases the employee saying "frame damage" is not even a professional in the body repair field.  I have embedded the car fax report below to prove that (even though there was a announcement on Auto Check of frame damage,) the Car fax report is clean.  Remember Car fax is the standard, and even Auto Check gets there info from Car fax.

By doing this, I  have a much smaller markup on my cars.  All of our cars are 125-point certified, inspected. We also have a certified frame inspection on each car. We are a very unique dealership.  We will not have a negitive transaction no matter what!

 It can be a stressful thing buying a car, and even more so buying it off the computer. We want to  eliminate any worry.  You can save a lot of money through us because of the way we run our business. Two practices that make us different than most Ebay dealers.  #1 We don't practice shrill or fake bidding.  Many of the cars you see on Ebay are being shrilled.  That is, dealers are having their friends and family bid against you.  One way to catch this is to look at their previous sales and on-going auctions.  Usually you will see the same 10 or so bidders on almost every car.  This is illegal and we don't do it.  #2 There are a lot of scams on Ebay where people win an auction and then send in a deposit, never to hear anything ever again.
  That is why we have a practice of not requiring any money until  we deliver it to you.  (Call for details of this policy.)

normal manufacturer..s recommended replacement intervals are not covered under this treatment program.
Seals & Gaskets: Seals and gaskets are replaced only as part of repair or replacement of the above covered components. Leaking gaskets or seals are not
covered.
Labor & Diagnostic Charges: Are covered in conjunction with an authorized repair on above listed components. No labor or diagnostic charges will be paid
on unauthorized claims or non-covered components.
Replacement Parts: In case of a failure of a part as listed above, the administrator..s obligation is limited to repairing or replacing broken parts. Worn or burned parts are not covered. Parts will be replaced with like kind and
quality based on the administrator..s discretion.
Transferability: This program is not transferable.

bearings, shift rail, forks, and synchronizers, parts that are not listed are not covered.
Drive Axle Assembly: Drive shaft, ring & pinion gears, pinion bearings, side carrier bearings, carrier assembly, axle & axle bearings, universal & CV joints except if boot is
damaged or missing. Drive axle housing is covered if damaged by a broken listed covered part.
4X4 Transfer Case: Internally lubricated parts of the 4x4 transfer case.
Seals & Gaskets: Seals and gaskets are replaced only as part of repair or replacement of the above covered components. Leaking gaskets or seals are not covered.
Car Rental & Towing: This program provides a total of $150 for car rental and a total of $100 for towing. Car rental & towing will be paid on valid, authorized claims only.
Labor & Diagnostic Charges: Are covered in conjunction with an authorized repair on above listed components. No labor or diagnostic charges will be paid on unauthorized
claims or non-covered components.
Replacement Parts: In case of a failure of a part as listed above, the administrator..s obligation is limited to repairing or replacing broken parts including the replacement of all
lost fluids and the EasyChoice. product. Worn or burned parts are not covered. Parts will be replaced with like kind and quality based on the administrator..s discretion.
Transferability: This treatment program is transferable to a second owner of the vehicle or to a replacement engine and/or transmission, provided the administrator listed below is
notified in writing, all maintenance records are reviewed prior to the transfer, and a $50 transfer fee is paid. Please direct questions regarding transfers to
transfer@warrantyadminservices.com.
Refund Procedures: This program is not cancellable and is refundable only in the event of a verifiable repossession or an insurance total loss. All refunds will be calculated by a
time and mileage factor from the inception date, less a $50 processing fee. Any claims paid prior to refund date will be deducted from the remuneration. Please direct all
questions regarding refunds to the seller as listed above.
Administrator..s Right to Terminate Benefits: In the event of filing a claim with administrator, the administrator reserves the right to terminate the benefits of this program upon
the discovery of fraud, misrepresentation of a material fact by the vehicle owner, or the vehicle owner..s representative. Evidence of fraud or misrepresentation will be forwarded
to the proper state and federal authorities. Any vehicle used in the commission of a crime will have all benefits terminated.
Purchaser Rebate Guarantee:, The administrator will refund the retail purchase price of this product or $1,500.00, whichever is less, provided that the administrator has received
this registration and full payment subject to the terms and conditions that are as follows: Program benefits must remain in force for the full term and the covered vehicle must be
registered to the original purchaser at the expiration date and mileage of the program. The PRG benefits are payable only to the original purchaser as shown on this registration
form and are NOT transferable to any other party. To be eligible for PRG benefits: this program must expire by both time and mileage and, no claims or benefits may have been
paid on this program, the original purchaser must provide acceptable documentation that all installation and maintenance requirements as stated on this agreement have been
adhered to and, the original purchaser must file for PRG benefits within 30 days or 200 miles after the expiration of this program by both time and miles. Programs must expire
by both time and miles to be eligible for PRG benefits.
To file for PRG benefits you will need to submit the following to the administrator by fax at 530-241-8576 or by mail at P.O. Box 992050, Redding, CA 96099:
1. A notarized letter verifying the vehicle..s odometer mileage reading and requesting a PRG refund.
2. The Purchaser copy of your EasyChoice. program agreement.
3. A copy of your original vehicle sales contract, a copy of a cancelled check or credit card statement, or a copy of an installment agreement, documenting the retail price you paid for the
program.
4. A valid and current copy of the vehicle registration showing that you still own the vehicle.
5. All product installation and vehicle maintenance records associated with the above listed vehicle.
Eligible refunds will be processed and mailed directly to the Purchaser within 30 days. The vendor or selling dealer is not an obligor or party to the Purchaser Rebate Guarantee.
?BENEFIT ACTIVATION: After the delivery of the benefit activation kit to the above listed purchaser:
1. It is the responsibility of the purchaser of this program to have the engine oil & oil filter of the above listed vehicle changed by a commercial
lubrication service facility within fourteen days (14 days), after the benefit activation kit delivery date. An acceptable record of this initial engine

2. Acceptable records documenting the purchaser..s adherence to the vehicle manufacturers.. required maintenance must be provided in the event of a claim.
3. Acceptable records must be: issued on the date of maintenance, be issued in the name of the purchaser, be signed by the purchaser, be electronically generated, be issued by the
commercial lubrication service facility performing the maintenance, include mileage, date, vehicle identification number, year, make and model, and include a record of payment
and service performed. Any handwritten information on receipts, records or repair orders, pertaining to, or documenting required maintenance will not be accepted.
Exclusions:
1. Failure of any listed component prior to benefit activation as stated above will not be covered by this program.
2. Failure of any component when the vehicle..s odometer reading has exceeded 250,000 miles or 10 years have elapsed from the sale date of this program will not be covered.
3. Any and all claims or damage resulting from: abuse, negligence, freezing, overheating of any type, failure to maintain proper coolant and fluid or lubrication levels, personal
damages, per diem expenses, storage fees, medical expenses, telephone or rental charges, fire, flood, vandalism, theft, collision, acts of God, racing, usages not approved by the
vehicle manufacturer, improper load capacity, or improper towing, commercial usages, damages caused by contaminated fluids or lubricants for any reason, misuse, road
conditions, alterations not approved by the vehicle manufacturer, riots, or acts of war, diesel engines manufactured prior to 1990, rotary engines, excessive oil consumption and
diminished performance is not covered. Parts or components that have been damaged by excessive heat or scoring are not covered. Electrical components are not covered by this
program.
4. Pre-existing conditions and problems that occur prior to the benefit activation date and mileage are not covered. Parts that are worn or burned but NOT broken are not covered.
Broken parts are defined as parts that have cracked or separated into pieces.
5. Any component or part not listed as a covered part will not be covered. Incidental and consequential damage is not covered by this treatment program.
6. Any vehicle with a non-functioning odometer is not eligible for this program. Claims occurring outside the United States are not covered.
7. Any work or repair done to your vehicle without prior written authorization from the administrator will not be considered a valid claim.
8. Any claim filed when a manufacturer..s warranty or extended service contract is in force on the above listed vehicle will not be eligible for coverage under this program.
Limit of Liability: per single claim is $4,000 or the actual cash value of the vehicle, (wholesale value) as determined by the Kelly Wholesale Blue Book or the NADA Wholesale
Guide whichever is the lesser amount at claim time. The total of claims paid shall not exceed the actual cash value, (wholesale value) or the vehicle as determined by the Kelly
Wholesale Blue Book or the NADA Wholesale Guide.
HOW TO FILE A CLAIM: PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING WORK ON THIS VEHICLE!
1. Take your vehicle to an ASE certified service facility and have them call 877-554-9863 to begin a claim. Claims can be initiated by the repair facility electronically by logging
on to www.warrantyadminservices.com and selecting the claims button. Be sure that no work is started until proper authorization is received. Reasonable access must be
provided to the vehicle for inspection.
2. Acceptable maintenance records and a copy of the completed vehicle inspection checklist will be required to file all claims.
