Deposit:
 The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

Remaining Balance:

Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance of the winning bid amount, due within 3 days of the close of the auction.

Processing Fee:

There will be a $399 documentation and processing fee.

Credit Cards:

Financing:

If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection fees.


5.) Shipping:

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please contact us if you would like us to assist you in finding a shipping company. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our dealership. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is picked up by the shipping company.

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. 

1.) Reliability:
We are not responsible for any typo mistakes. 

2.) Bid Retractions - Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 24 hours or auctions end.  Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction. Bid retractions during the last 24 hours may be grounds for auction cancellation, and possible re-listing at the cost of that person/persons retracting their bids, at our discretion. 

3.) Negative Feedback Bidders - To preserve the integrity of our auctions, we reserve the right to cancel bids from users with high negative feedback or low feedback. New bidders with a zero feedback rating or with less than 98% positive feedback must call us prior to bidding. If you are a new bidder or have less than 98% positive feedback and do not contact us, your bid might not be accepted. 

4.)  Non-Paying Bidder  -  You are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle that is described withing. You are agreeing to buy the vehicle when you bid. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of the auction, or if the balance is not paid in full within 3 days following the close of the auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next high bidder or another qualified buyer. If you win our auction and do not follow through, you will be charged a $300.00 fee, so please consider this before you bid, if you have no intention in completing the transaction. 

Unqualified bidding, deadbeat bidders, bid shielding, auction interference, and any form of harassment will be subject to legal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
