| The exterior of this Ram is in overall really nice shape for the year. The body looks straight and the paint is shiny and bright and looks good overall, but it does show some dings, scratches, etc. The tires are a matched set with good tread. There are no cracks in the windshield, but it does show some typical road wear, rock chips, etc. It has the typical scratches/dings/dents/rock chips that you'd expect, that are consistent with age and use on a 2004 pickup truck, but it still has an overall very nice look to it. | The interior of this SLT is in overall very nice shape. The leather looks really good overall, but does show some wear and blems here and there. The carpets are in good shape overall, but do show some use in areas - see pix. The headliner has been cleaned and has a good overall look to it. The air blows cold - we ran it for over 45 minutes while taking pictures. It doesn't appear to have been smoked in as there is no odor of such. It has the typical light scuffs, blems, etc. that you'd expect on a used vehicle, but it still has an overall very good look to it, and it certainly looks to have been well taken care of. | This Dodge Ram Hemi starts right up, even in our freezing Colorado temps. It idles fine and has very good power and acceleration and drives straight and smooth down the road. It has a good solid feel to it, and it drives well. Brakes feel good. We’ve inspected, serviced and detailed it and it’s ready to drive wherever you need. |

| This Dodge Ram SLT certainly is a nice looking truck, both inside and out, that has great road manners. It certainly looks to have been well taken care of, and used as a personal vehicle. We've put at least 80 miles on it and I'd drive this one anywhere and then some without hesitation. We don't have huge markups but feel free to call with any reasonable offers.

| Vehicle Inspection |
| Buyer reserves the right to an inspection before purchase - specifically - BEFORE you " Make an Offer" or hit the " Buy it Now " button. We do our very best to inspect the vehicles and make sure that everything is in safe and operating condition. Our policy is that we wouldn't put a vehicle up for sale if we personally wouldn't drive across country in it. Each vehicle is gone through before they are offered for sale. We are not selling brand new vehicles, but try very hard to ensure you're getting a great value. We also change the oil and filter in every vehicle before it's sold. |

| Successful bidder must contact us within 2 days of the close of the auction, and must submit a deposit of $550 within 2 days of auction end. Remaining balance is to be paid within 7 days of the close of the auction. We accept Paypal (For Down Payments Only), Master Card, Discover, Visa, Debit-Cards, Bank Loan checks, Wire Transfers, Money Order, Personal or Business Checks, Cashiers Check, Cash, and you can call with any other offers. We are happy to work with your bank if you are getting your own financing. We do not take Credit Cards for the entire amount, unless you call us previous to purchasing and make arrangements with us first. |
| Delivery/Shipping |
| You have two major options for delivery. You can either have it shipped, which we can help arrange, or you can pick up the vehicle here at our location. We regularly pick up people at Denver International Airport (DEN) free of charge and bring them to the lot for pickup, as long as you fly in during our business hours. The airport is about 35 minutes from our store, and is about a $100 taxi fare. We provide a 2-month permit for every vehicle. This is like a 2-month license plate.
We regularly use a shipping company called Diamond Express Transportation. We have shipped many vehicles with them without a single problem. Our contact's are Jason or Joe @ 719.593.7770. Most quotes are between $450 to $850 depending on the size of the vehicle and the distance. For Colorado residents - we use numerous Credit Unions, Banks, etc. or you can go thru your own bank.

| We do our very best to describe the vehicles as they really are and the options they have, though everyone has a different opinion of what a condition might be.
