North Texas Truck Stop was founded in the summer of 2008, however, cars have been our business for nearly 40 years. Our operating partners have been in business together for 25 years and we literally have hundreds of years of experience within our walls. In the summer of 2008, we found ourselves in a unique circumstance; we had too many trucks and not enough room to store them.  After a long search and a lot of red tape, we found our current location and began construction. Initially, we bought 2 acres which quickly filled to the brim with over 100 trucks. Within 6 months we could see that we would need to expand again. We purchased the neighboring 2 acres for a current total of 4 full acres, which is again brimming with every shape and size truck you could imagine.  We are currently in negotiations to annex more neighboring land in an effort to stock more than 500 trucks in 2010.

While we have grown significantly, we have kept our employees close. Even though our staff has multiplied to more than 30 employees, we pride ourselves in keeping a family environment in the workplace. From the sales staff, to the title clerks, to the buyers who search the country for the best trucks available, we intend to keep our employees for life. A comfortable and consistent workplace is more productive and attentive, which allows North Texas Truck Stop to offer better service and value for our customers.

• Ebay customers must contact North Texas Truck Stop within 24 hours of the end of auction or any other commitment to purchase through Ebay. All vehicles are for sale locally and we reserve the right to end any auction at any time. All sales require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of sale agreement. Deposits can be made by phone with credit card (Visa, Discover, Master Card), cash or cashier..s check. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional, on-site inspection. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant costs of paperwork and title production, advertising costs, Ebay listing fees and lost dealership productivity. Full payment is to be received within 7 days from the end of the auction. Full payment is due before vehicle delivery. Buyers in all states are required to pay a vehicle inventory tax (this is calculated at X .002516% of the sale price) for example, on a $10,000 vehicle this tax will be $25.16. All sales are subject to a flat $150 administrative and dealer services fee. Our administrative and dealer services fee is collected by North Texas Truck Stop and is not required by law. There is a $49 vehicle prep fee, which includes detailing the vehicle, inspecting the vehicle, and checking tires and fluids before shipment or sale. We charge a $38 title fee. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for taxes and registration fees in their own states. Texas residents pay a 6.25% state sales tax. Please have verifiable funds or pre-approved loan available at time of purchase. Our fax number is 817-557-4363. We will fax or mail you duplicate copies of the paperwork; one for you to keep, and one for you to sign and return. Once payment is received or the loan proceeds have been dispersed, you can then make arrangements to take delivery of the vehicle. The actual miles posted in this listing may be slightly higher due to in-transit repairs or customer road testing. All our vehicles are pre-owned and they are sold in 'As Is' condition. All sales are finalized at our place of business. Pre-buy vehicle inspections are encouraged and will be performed on our premises. Inspections performed after the point of sale will not be accepted or considered. Some vehicles are still under factory warranty (check description) or an extended warranty may be purchased for vehicles under 175,000 miles. We encourage trade-ins and can give you an estimated value of your vehicle over the phone or by e-mail. Once the vehicle leaves our location, all responsibility for the vehicle becomes that of the customer and/or the transport company. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees or self-arranged transportation. It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle, won through eBay or not, that the proper venue for any legal proceedings will be conducted in Tarrant County, Texas. We describe all vehicles as accurately as possible; however it is not possible to include all minute details and imperfections.
