IT FUNCTIONS FINE FOLDING OUT AND GOING DOWN BUT NOT UP.! I HAD TO USE THE MANUAL LEVER TO RAISE IT BACK, BUT AS I SAID IT MUST BE THE SWITCH BECAUSE THE OPWERATION DOWN IS FINE
