Brand New fuel filter with 2 electric heaters.

This unit has 2 - 12V electric heaters that heat the oil up to between 140 and 180 deg F.

Two hole mounting bracket is part of the upper casting that also contains a bleed valve.

The bottom is see through heat treated glass that lets you see the water and sediment that you can empty via the bottom drain.

Diesel Flow rate is 6-8 GPM and is used on many engines including Diesel School Buses so the flow is more than adequate for any car or large pickup.

There are probably elements that filter out even smaller particles that I don't know about.

The heaters draw about 6 amps each or 12 amps @ 12V.

This heated filter unit measures approximately 7.5 inches by 4 inches and can be mounted on the pressure side of the fuel pump or on the suction side.

Don't be fooled by other units that use an unpractical wrapped band that heats the outside air more than the fuel and requires you to remove the band and then put it on again every time you change the filter.

This is an excellent long term filter that lets you experiment without making a huge investment and never throw away like plastic units that crack from heating up and cooling down and wrapped bands that break and end up in the trash can.

Don't be fooled by remote oil filter units and household well water filters that have been relabeled for Veg. Oil filters have a bypass and when the filter clogs, the bypass lets unfiltered fuel ruin your injector pump and injectors causing expensive repairs. Household well filters are just that and are not designed for veg.

Comes with 5/16" or 3/8" fuel fittings, you must let us know directly after buying what size fuel fuel fittings you require since we ship the same day or the very next day at the latest.  If you do not specify, your filter will ship with 5/16" fuel fittings.
