In some cases, the vehicle may be held at a storage facility where your chance to see the vehicle may be on their terms, or time schedule. Please ask well in advance to close of auction.

*Representations and Warranties made by seller: This vehicle is being sold "as is". Manufacturers warranties may still apply. Extended warranty may be available. There are absolutely NO representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. We take pride in selling high quality machines, but keep in mind you are winning the vehicle, not the right to decide if you want it. We pursue and prosecute deadbeat bidders.

*Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. See your state laws.

*Title Information: Titles to vehicles are generally available within 30 days of purchase. In some cases there maybe a delay in receiving the original title based upon payoff of a lien. This may be due to the policy of the financial institution that holds the financing contract. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we hold all titles for a minimum of 10 days or until funds have cleared.

*Finalizing your Purchase: We will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes with further instructions. $500.00 deposit is due 48 hours after the sale. Deposits are non refundable but may be transferable at our discretion. When we receive your deposit is when the bike is held for you, not when you win the auction. All bikes are located in our showroom and are available to the public to buy until you reserve it. *Payment: The winning bidder of this motorcycle must arrange payment of a non-refundable deposit, as detailed in the auction details, within 2 business days of close of auction, and full payment is expected within 7 days. Please note: If the deposit is not received within 2 business days, we reserve the right to consider the transaction null and void and re-list or sell the motorcycle to another customer.

The sale must be completed within 7 days after the close of the auction. If we cannot confirm your purchase or if the sale is not completed within 7 days, we reserve the right to sell this motorcycle to another customer.

Acceptable forms of payment of the deposit: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Cashiers Checks.

The balance of the purchase must be paid by cashiers check or an approved method of payment. E-Loan and bank drafts are NOT acceptable.

*Financing We offer a number of financing options to those who qualify. If you need financing, obtain loan approval BEFORE bidding. If you choose to finance your purchase, you MUST be approved before the end of the auction to bid.

*Shipping; The buyer is responsible for any and all shipping arrangements and costs. Please see the shipping information for more details. We do offer shipping via our own truck to select areas. In addition, we can also assist in arranging shipping with common carriers. However, this only means that we will assist, not that we are responsible for the shipping.

*Warranties: Many of our vehicles are still covered under the original manufactures warranty. If it is, it will generally be disclosed in the vehicle description. All vehicles are sold "As Is". You have the option to purchase an extended warranty. Most of our vehicles qualify for an aftermarket warranty. If you have a question, please call and ask.

*Other Terms / Conditions: We do not accept escrow services. The vehicle must be paid in full before leaving our business. A temporary license plate with be provided to allow you to operate the vehicle until it is registered. We do not send titles to the buyer until paperwork is signed and in our possession. If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. As this motorcycle is available for sale in our showroom, we reserve the right to end the listing at any time.
