This listing is for the front and rear seats out of a 1998 Mercedes-Benz E320 sedan.  They are tan, leather, power, heated, memory seats.  Very little wear on them.  There are no tears in them.  The rear seats do have all three headrests.  These seats should fit all E-class cars from 1996-2003.  The seats are shipped via freight truck.  Feel free to e-mail us or call us toll free at 1-800-GET-USED for a shipping quote or with any questions.   H00035.
