Products must be new and uninstalled. Return shipping must be pre-paid back to us. Shipping is NOT refundable unless it is a mistake by us. If returned after 7 days we will only give an exchange or store credit. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns, unless the return is due to an error by us. After 30 days items are not returnable. Items that carry an manufacture warranty the warranty must be dealt with through the manufacture. We will help with the manufacture warranty process however the ultimate decision of repair/replacement is at the discretion of the manufacture. Shortages must be reported within 48 hours, Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours. NorthCoast is not responsible for labor charges to installed or un-installed products on your car.
